ABOUT

Jennifer Kogut is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a resident of Charlotte, NC. Jennifer provides teletherapy and in person therapy services for those living in North Carolina. She treats adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, eating disorders, life transitions, and trauma.

 

EXPERIENCE

Jennifer started working in the mental health field in 2009 and since then has worked in various settings such as inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment facilities, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and in private practice. Jennifer has experience working with individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, disordered eating, and trauma.

Lauren Pendleton is  a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and currently
resides in Charlotte, NC. Lauren offers virtual therapy to clients anywhere in NC. Having grown up in Charlotte, Lauren states, "it’s a huge honor to be able to support my community with my work".

EXPERIENCE

Lauren's counseling career began in a collegiate setting, in athletics specifically, where she worked as an athletic academic advisor. Since then, she has worked in the community mental health realm, and also as a mental health advocate in the Charlotte area. Throughout her career she has dedicated herself to supporting adults through the complexities and difficult transitions of life.

Chelsea enjoys working with adolescents and adults suffering with anxiety, eating disorders, disordered eating, and trauma.

EXPERIENCE

Chelsea has experience providing therapy to individuals with various eating disorder presentations, anxiety, mood disorders, self-harm and suicidal ideation in partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs and private practice settings. Additionally, Chelsea has worked alongside individuals with complex trauma since 2015 and strives to incorporate her knowledge of trauma-informed care into her practice as a clinician.

ABOUT

Allison Gregory is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and lives in Charlotte, NC. Allison offers both in person and virtual services for individuals in North Carolina. Allison provides therapy to

individuals with challenges including eating disorders, disordered eating, low self-esteem,

depression and anxiety.

EXPERIENCE

Allison has over 2.5 years working with individuals struggling with eating disorders in both intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. This work allowed her to provide services to those with co-morbidities including anxiety, depression, suicidality, self-harm and mood disorders. Allison enjoys working with adults and young adults and is passionate about providing tools and skills to promote change.
